2.Application

This product is used for signal transmission and control systems in communications, electronic computers, and information processing equipment for ships with fire resistance requirements. The cable structure and materials conform to GJB-1916 and MILDTL-24643 standards. The cable is flame retardant, fire resistant, low smoke, halogen free, low toxicity and excellent physical and electrical properties.
——The rated voltage of the cable is 300V.
——The cable allows long-term operating temperature of 90 ° C

Baosheng has more than 20 product test stations and three test centers, and has a large number of more than 300 sets modern analysis, test instruments and equipments, such as 750kV ultra-high voltage tester. Provides qualitative and quantitative analysis and performance testing of raw materials and finished products for wire and cable.

We can provide you perfect types of tests:

1.Routine Test:

Testing of whole length of the finished cable by the manufacturer to verify that all cables meet the required requirements.

2.Sample Test:

Testing on the sample or some parts of finished cable in accordance with the specified frequency by the manufacturer,verify the cables meet the required requirements.  

3.Types Test:

Testing one type cable in accordance with the general business principles before delivery to prove that the cable has satisfactory performance to meet the anticipated conditions of use.

4.Electrical Tests After Installation:

To prove that the installed cable and its accessories are in good condition.

Baosheng has passed nearly 100 product certifications at home and abroad such as 3C, CE, UL, TUV, DNV, SGS, MA, CRCC,ABS,SABIC,ARAMCO,GOST,SONCAP and KNPC.

Note:

1.The products can be allowed to delivery after approved by the QM department of the Supplier, and each package shall be attached with product certificate, quality guarantee letter and test report.

2.Cables shall be packed with drums or coils, and the drums should meet the specification of JB/T8137, which can protect the cable against damage from transportation and handling. The cable drum shall be able to withstand the possible external acting force during installation or handling without damage on cable and drum proper. Cable ends shall be sealed with reliable sealing cap.

3.Each drum should mark the following information: manufacturer name, cable type and size, rated voltage, length, weight, correct rotation direction, manufacture year and applicable standards.

4.The delivery length of cable on drums shall be not less than 100m; the delivery length of cable in coiler shall be less than 100m.Any delivery length is permitted based on the agreement between parties.
