A: Our delivery time is about 2-4 weeks after comfriming the deposite ,it is based on the quantity of the order.

Q4. What's your payment terms?
A: Normally,we accept advanced TT, as for other payment term,we can negociate.

Q5. What's your trade term ?
A: We can accept FOB,CIF,CFR,EXW etc.

A: Drum with pallet.We can according to ur demand.

A: Yes,we can.

Q8: May I get free sample?
A:Normally, our samples for charger are free. If the sample quantity is large, it will be charged. However, the sample fee will be refunded when customer place bulk orders for that item.

Q9: Which shipment available?
A:Normally, we ship goods by sea,air and courier. Special requirement we can negociate.

Q10: How to guarantee after sale ?
A: We provide 1 year products warranty. If the item is found to be defective in warranty,please contact us as soon sa possible, so that we can help to solve the problem at fastest rate : send back to our factory for repairing, or we send new one for you.
