100mm2 acsr conductor cables bare aluminum

Working condition:

a.   The cable conductors of PVC or PE insulated allow a long-term operating temperature of 70 ° C.

b.   The cable conductors of XLPE insulated allow a long-term operating temperature of 90 ° C.

c.   The maximum temperature of the cable during short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 s): 160 °C for PVC Insulation ,150 °C for PE insulation,250 °C for XLPE insulation.

d.   The temperature should not be lower than -20°Cwhen the cable laying.

e.   The allowable bending radius of the cable: if the outer diameter of the cable is less than 25mm, it should be no less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable; if the outer diameter of the cable is 25mm or more, the outer diameter of the cable should be no less than 6 times.
